SFX - Gore Make-up Practice

IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR, FOLKS.

I haven't played around with gore make-up in a few years, and even so I didn't do much before. (Two days worth of practice... lol) I'm in no way an expert and this is merely for fun.

Pictures from left to right, top to bottom:
1. Scarring, gashes, bruises and cuts.
2. Half-face burning + eye gauging. (Model: Lily)
3. Scarring with words (Wanted to write "Hi. . ." but it turned into "No . . ." kinda)
4. Scarring pulled off. It looks kinda cool on it's own eh?
5. INTENSE STABBING. (artistic suicide?) lol... over done effect (Model: Lisha)
6. Supposed to try at a bullet hole, but it looks more like a really gross pimple/blister/abscess

If you're curious, I used:
Toilet Paper (as opposed to scar/nose wax; because I'd never tried it before. It's a LOT easier to work with and cheaper, though it doesn't work for really smooth effects)
Liquid Latex
Color pallet of: my skin tones, purple, red, and yellow
Theatrical blood (in a squeeze bottle. Some cheapo Wal-mart brand)



I'd really like to make a Silent Hill Nurse mask this year... >_>;
